We are pleased to announce that a local St. Petersburg historical renovation project remodeled and constructed by Terry G. Perkins Design Build Remodelers, of Madeira Beach, FL, was a featured episode on HOME & GARDEN TELEVISION (HGTV) GENERATION RENOVATION on Sunday, January 15^th at 6:30 pm. This episode will air again on Wednesday, February 15^th at 6:00 pm. The home that is being featured is located at 2430 Coffee Pot Blvd, St. Petersburg, FL. This historic Coffee Pot Bayou mansion was a whole house remodel plus a two-story addition that includes the addition of a master bath, exercise room, family room, artist studio and office. Another component of this project was to design a kitchen that was reminiscent of the Art Deco Diners of yesteryear.
