So, how did Terry G. Perkins come to be? Well, the remodeling gene runs in Terry’s family. From the time he was 4 years old, he has been on work sites, learning from his father who was a contractor. Starting his own remodeling business in the 1980s, Terry G. Perkins has completed hundreds of rewarding projects in Tampa Bay as well as along the west coast of Florida. But, what we are most proud of are the friendships we have built and the dreams we have helped fulfill. Terry G. Perkin’s portfolio of remodels includes small and large kitchens, as well as small and large bathrooms. We also handle whole house remodels, including HGTV’s “Generation Renovation” episode 313 home, a spectacular historical renovation. Other remodels include room additions and second story additions, as well as condo remodels and general interior or exterior remodels.
