Terry G. Perkins has
always believed that involvement within the industry makes
you a better remodeler. Participating in local and national
organizations such as the National Association of the Remodeling
Industry and the Tampa Bay Builders Association Remodeler’s
Council, we are regularly informed about new products, techniques
and materials. We also meet and discuss remodeling topics
with industry leaders, helping each other stay on top of
current and developing trends. Terry G. Perkins is proud
to play an active role in the development of the remodeling
industry within Tampa Bay and the state of Florida.
Certifications are also
extremely important. Over the years, we continue to meet
and exceed local and national government standards. Moreover,
Terry G. Perkins has always invested in continuing education
in new and emerging areas, such as Green and solar remodeling.
We are a Certified Green Remodeler and we are also a Certified
Aging in Place remodeler, helping aging households adapt
their homes to fit their evolving needs. We maintain our
memberships and certifications to ensure we are delivering
the best service to our clients. We are also Licensed and
Insured; today especially, it’s important to ask for a remodeler’s
license number to help guard against consumer injustices.
