Terry G. Perkins is a design build remodeler. What exactly does that mean? That means we offer our clients both top-notch architectural design and handle the actual construction. Our company is proficient at interior remodels, such as creating a home office, building a media room, upgrading a kitchen or bathroom etc., exterior projects, including adding or renovating a sun room, patio or deck, room additions as well as whole house remodels. We also specialize in renovations and historical restoration, having recently been chosen as the remodeler for an episode of HGTV’s “Generation Renovation”. We are passionate about making our clients happy.
